Registration may be by mail or on-line, via the form below.
The Harmon Brothers Teaching Summit reserves the right to limit the number of registrants to the first 144 who are paid in full. Deposits are due by 7/31/07.
Payment remittance may be in the form of wire transfer, personal check or credit card. Make checks payable to: Butch Harmon Golf Events.
Attendees who pay by credit card will receive charges on their credit card billing statements from: Butch Harmon Golf Events. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES: All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event that the customer cancels at any time prior to 08/31/07, there will be a one hundred dollar cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation between 09/01/07 and 10/15/07, there will be a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellation requests received after 10/15/07.
In the event that the Harmon Brothers Teaching Summit is cancelled, for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund of all monies paid to Butch Harmon Golf Events.
